Handsfree
You can’t use, at the same time, the handsfree and the handset.
In handset mode, to use the handsfree:
Press the key and hang up the handset.
In handsfree mode, to use the handset:
Pick up the handset.

Setting the handsfree level
In handsfree mode:
Use the volume control on the right side of telephone.
Switching off the ringer
Keep

pressed for about 4 seconds
.
The
icon is displayed when the ringer is off.
Putting a call on hold
Press the
R
key during conversation.
When ST 501 is connected to a PABX,
R
key allows you to access the PABX’s
services (Call Transfer…).
