ESS MBP 2.5 / MBP 4.0 MOUNTAIN MAN OWNER’S MANUAL
Spraying with optional spray guns
Spray guns with multiple nozzles are available as optional equipment for your MBP 2.5/4.0 sprayer.
Whenever you use a multi-head spray gun, there are trade-offs in the
amount of liquid sprayed out and the distance covered. A two-headed
spray gun will deliver more liquid, the spray swath will be wider, how-
ever, the distance the spray can travel will be reduced.
For example, a single-nozzle spray gun sprays 170 mL/minute and
sprays 15 to 20 feet* (4.6 m. to 6.1 m.). A two-headed spray gun, with
all other conditions the same, will deliver 200 mL/minute and only
reach 12 to 15 feet (3.7 m. to 4.6 m.).
* All spray distance tests are conducted with no wind blowing.
