2. Secure control panel to the handlebars with the
screws and the washers until they are finger tight.
3. Ensure that the handles are at the same height,
and then tighten all the fasteners securely.
4. Slide the wheels on the axle and insert each
axle pin through the hole in each wheel hub
and through the hole in the axle.
5. Slide the shift lever through the slot in the
control panel. Secure shift lever to the shift
arm with screws.
