3. To set up a new user profile (or edit an existing profile) press

arrows to select a profile number. Press

arrows. (Activate Athlete Mode by se-
lecting your gender with the accompanied running figure.) Press

7. When the display shows zero weight, step on the scale with clean and dry bare
feet. The scale will measure your weight and then calculate your body composition.
Note:
This body scale can save up to 8 unique user profiles. To program additional
profiles, follow steps 3 through 7.
SHOULD I ACTIVATE ATHLETE MODE?
Activate Athlete Mode if you exercise at least 10 hours per week and have been doing
so consistently for the last 6 months, or longer.
MEASURING BODY WEIGHT & BODY COMPOSITION
1. To use the scale, stand still on the center of the platform with clean
and dry bare feet touching each of the metal foot placers. After a few
seconds the scale will display your weight.
2. Next, the scale will automatically select your user profile and calculate your body
composition while a “o” scrolls across the display.
3. Finally, the scale will display your current body composition measurements. You
may now step off the scale. The scale will cycle through your body fat, body water,
muscle mass and bone density measurements three times before itself off.

position by comparing your current body weight measurement to previous body weight
measurements from each user profile. If your current body weight changes by more
