the fifth person attach Lower Board Arms
to the Rim Support (#21) on backboard
using one bolt (#8), two washers (#3),
two Plastic washers (#5) and one
thin locknut (#4). See Figure 11.

loose enough attach Upper Arm Cross Brace on the
next step
