33. With the assembly still facing down, attach the Rim
to the Backboard. Have a person hold the Rim in
place while you place Washers (23) and Nuts (24)
as shown in
Details A & B
. Tighten the nuts with
a ratchet with extension and 16mm socket.
NOTE
: Take protective coating off the backboard
before attaching the Rim.
