The series 90C actuator controller is used to regulate an underfloor or radiator heating
circuit based on weather conditions. The target flow temperature calculated by the
unit varies according to the outside temperature, with the mixing valve for the heating
circuit being moved into the correct position by the actuator.
It is possible to set day correction, night reduction and comfort temperature boost
in addition to the heating characteristic. This allows the unit to be adapted to local
conditions and personal preferences.
The temperature of the heating circuit can be adjusted simply and conveniently from
the living space using the optional room sensor.
The 2x16-character illuminated LCD text display with power-save mode shows the
current temperature and operating state. Settings can be adjusted using the three
buttons, the function of which is explained on the display in each case.
The LED flashes to draw attention to a fault or special operating state, which can also
be indicated on the display in plain text. The red LED is switched off during operation.
The position of the mixing valve and Direction of rotation are indicated simply and
clearly on the red adjusting disc by means of an arrow.
Because the 90C controller is prewired, installation work is kept to a minimum and
errors are virtually ruled out. The controller just has to be mounted on the particular
ESBE mixing valve in accordance with the description. Various mounting kits for other
mixing valves are available as options.
