correct position and ensure that
it is correctly adjusted. Refer to
Section 5.03 and 5.04.

Electrode wire stuck in
conduit liner or contact tip
(burn-back jam).

Check for clogged / kinked
MIG Gun conduit liner or worn
contact tip. Replace faulty
components.

shorted, or faulty MIG Gun

MIG Gun polarity lead is not
connected into a welding
output terminal.

Connect the MIG Gun polarity
lead to either the positive
welding output terminal or

terminal as required. Refer to
