Where to place the clock
Choose for your clock a place without direct insolation. Please unpack the clock
carefully (keep the packing material for possible transports of the clock) and put it on its
predetermined place.
To protect the polished surface of your clock, operate and move the clock please only with the
enclosed gloves.
How to set the clock in motion
Open the front door, simultaneously also the cover of the key compartment in the case top
opens and attach the key on the winding square in the dial. Wind up the clock carefully to the
stop, until the up-and-down hand points to the 15th day.
How to set the time
In order to set the time the minute hand can only be turned forwards. The date hand can also
only be turned forwards, clockwise.
How to set the calendar
The date hand can also only be turned forwards, clockwise. The clock should be set so that
the date display always change at night.
Caution:
To prevent damage, the manual adjustment of the date should not be operated
during the period from 10pm to 2am
How to adjust the clockwork
Your clock has been exactly adjusted in our workshop. Should you however notice a great
deviation of your clock in the course of one week, please consult your clockmaker. He will then
readjust your clock with the necessary care.
