For its operation the call point requires DC voltage supply. Connect the call points to power
source strictly observing the polarity.
In case of joint operation with FACP, ‘Activated’ message is transferred by means of closing of
the relay R1 ‘Activated’ contacts. ‘Failure’ message is transferred to FACP by means of opening of
the contacts of the relay R2 ‘Failure’. Terminal R

accordance with FACP operation manual. Install the jumper in terminals 3-7 of socket Х2 of the
call point.
Connection within a separate loop to the relay R2 ‘Failure’ is possible.

When laying the communication line, it is necessary to observe the general requirements to RS-
485 interface. If RS-485 communication line is long, it is necessary to connect a terminal resistor to
terminals ‘A-B’ of the last resistor.
