Liability for material defects

During the first two years of ownership after purchase you are fully eligible to claims in liability for material defects (formerly
guarantee). Should there be any such defects within this period, please contact your Ergon retailer with the proof of
purchase. Warranty claims caused by improper use (modifications to the product, not following the manual’s notes and
recommendations) are not eligible.

Detailed information on liability of material defects / warranty claims can be found online under

www.ergonbike.com/warranty

or by simply scanning this QR-Code.

Cleaning and Care

Clean and dry your Ergon Hip Pack thoroughly after every ride. Use only cold to lukewarm water and a soft sponge. To con-
serve the fabric’s coating, wipe the inside only with a moist tissue or towel. Do not use hot water, bleach or detergents, so-
aking solutions or stain removers. When heavily stained only use detergent-free soap. Never apply solvents for cleaning your
Hip Pack as they are prone to compromise or destroy the fabric’s water resistant properties permanently. By using solvents
any warranty rights are void. For drying simply hang the Hip Pack with all compartments opened in a well vented and shaded
environment until completely dry. The Hip Pack is not suitable for machine washing and/or machine drying.

Note

The Hip Pack is water-resistant but not completely waterproof! For complete waterproofing and optimal protection of elect-
ronic devices we recommend separately wrapping them.

Storage

Never pack away your Ergon Hip Pack when wet/moist or dirty as this allows mold to grow. Damage through mold causes
odor and is not repairable. Therefore store your Hip Pack in a cool, dry place and protect from prolonged exposure to direct
sunlight.

Inside Compartments
