 product carries a 2 year guarantee. If your product develops a fault within this 

period, you should in the first instance contact the retailer where the item was purchased. 

This guarantee specifically excludes losses caused due to:

- Failure of consumable items (such as batteries)

- Accidental damage

- Cosmetic damage
