ink system features a new light black ink, which

former EPSON pigment black inks, ensures the

digital art prints. And for digital photography, a
photo black ink helps produce the powerful glossy

Ink System for independent ink cartridges.
This ink cartridge system ensures total
flexibility in selecting optimum black inks

Black, Light Black, Cyan, Light Cyan, Magenta, Light
Magenta & Yellow cartridges in the box – a Matte

Featuring a resolution of 2880 x 1440dpi, the EPSON STYLUS
™
PHOTO 2100 produces superbly detailed, accurate photographic
prints. With ultimate precision, each UltraChrome Ink
™
droplet,
which can be as small as 4 picolitres, is fired by the latest
evolution of EPSON’s unique MicroPiezo
™
print head technology.
And for every one of the seven colours, a dedicated row of 96
nozzles is used, for increased print speeds.

EPSON StylusRIP Professional
UltraChrome Ink covers the entire Euroscale Coated gamut. Combined with the optional EPSON
StylusRIP Professional, the EPSON STYLUS PHOTO 2100 performs as a digital pre-press proofer
supporting the A3 / A3+ size. This proofer has incredible performance with enhanced black
reproduction through its use of light black ink. In addition, it has a reduced proofing approval cycle,
through UltraChrome Ink’s high colour stabilising speed.
The EPSON StylusRIP, popular for its high-quality output, has
been upgraded to the EPSON StylusRIP Professional. The Adobe
PostScript
®

™
software is preinstalled and greatly improves the
output quality and processing speed. This software, which supports
the industrial standard ICC Profiles, is full of new functions such
as a CMYK simulation edit function and a Pure Black function.
In addition, the Windows
®
version has a Share Folder function that
starts the RIP processing when a PDF or PostScript file is moved
into a specified folder by the drag and drop function.
