Error indicators

If you see one of the error indicators below, follow the steps 
here to proceed:

   Flashing         On

Wi-Fi connection error has occurred. Press the 

Wi-Fi

 

button to clear the error and try again.

Initial ink charging may not be complete. See the “Fill 
ink tank and charge the ink” section.

No paper is loaded. Load paper and press the   stop 
button.

The printer cover is open. Close the printer cover until 
it clicks.

A printer error has occurred. Open the printer cover 
and remove any paper inside the product. Turn the 
product off and on again.
