cotton bud.

If device operations become unstable or if functions do not operate correctly, perform a system reset (hold down
all four buttons at the same time).

If the heart rate monitor operations become unstable or if it does not function correctly, remove the heart rate
monitor battery, place it in the battery compartment so that the negative side is facing up. Wait for three seconds
(reset), and then put it back in the correct direction.
