4.5.2 Removing the PS Fan/PS Ballast Assy./Speaker
Removing the PS Fan
1). Remove the two screws (C.B.P-TITE SCREW,2.5X10,F/ZN-3C) that secure the PS
Duct, and remove the PS Duct together with the PS Fan from the Lower Case.
2). Remove the PS Fan from the PS Duct.
3). Remove the two BS Sheet FIFs from the PS Duct.
Removing the PS Ballast Assy.
4). Remove the screw (C.B.P-TITE SCREW,2.5X10,F/ZN-3C) that secures the Lamp cable.
5). Remove the screw (C.P.(S-P1)SCREW,4X6,F/ZN-3C) that secures the PS Ballast Assy.’s
GND.
6). Remove the two screws (C.B.P-TITE SCREW,2.5X10,F/ZN-3C) that secure the PS Bal-
last Assy.
7). Disconnect the AC cable from the connector on the PS Ballast Assy., and remove the PS
Ballast Assy.
Removing the Speaker
1). Remove the two screws (C.C.SCREW,3X6,F/ZN-3C) that secure the Speaker, and
remove the Speaker from the PS Ballast Assy.
