3.2.12.10 HEAT ROLL (PL9.2.25) Removal
1. Remove the EXIT TRAY ASSY. (See Section 3.2.13.1.)
2. Pull out the FUSER ASSY.
3. Remove the MAIN FUSER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.12.2.)
4. Remove the UPPER GUIDE ASSY. (See Section 3.2.12.3.)
5. Remove the FUSER UPPER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.12.4.)
6. Remove the H/R HEATER. (See Section 3.2.12.5.)
7. Loosen the 2 screws for adjusting the front/rear NIP width.
8. Remove the H/R RING securing the rear H/R GEAR. Remove the H/R
GEAR and rear H/R BEARING.
9. Remove the front H/R RING and remove the front H/R BEARING.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the surface of the HEAT ROLL while
performing the following.
10. Slide the HEAT ROLL to the rear and remove the front from the frame.
After doing so, slide the HEAT ROLL forward and remove.

After mounting, make the adjustment as described in
Section 3.3.1 "NIP Pressure of the MAIN FUSER ASSY".
