This section explains how to adjust the strength bench for exercising. Make sure all parts are properly tightened
each time the strength bench is used. Replace any worn parts immediately.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT
To raise the seat, release the seat lock by lifting the
front end of the seat. Slide the seat to the desired
position and lower the end of the seat.
Make sure
the seat lock reengages in the new position.
To lower the seat, release the seat lock by lifting the
front end of the seat. Push down on the seat near the
frame to slide it to the desired height. Lower the front
end of the seat.

Store unused weights on the storage bars. Note: The
diagram shows the suggested location for storing
weights.

WARNING:
Each long storage bar
can hold up to 150 pounds. Each short storage
bar can hold up to 225 pounds. Do not place
more than a total of 600 pounds, including the
barbell (not included), on the racks and stor-
age bars. Always place an equal amount of
weight on each side of your barbell.
