Troubleshooting
The cabin cannot be switched on or off
Possible cause:
The relay box is switched off.
The SBM-App module is not connected to the internet.
The mobile device is not connected to the internet.
Action:
Switch on the relay box.
Check the SBM-App module’s internet connection.
Check the mobile device’s internet connection.
Values set in the EOS Spa Control app are not applied
