CONTROL UNIT OPERATION
Setting Temperature
1) To change between Celsius and Fahrenheit:
• Press the "Menu/Enter" button to enter the main menu; the display shows "Battery status".
• Use the "plus" or "minus" button to step to "Change to °F" or
"Change to °C" (depending on current setting).
• Press the "Menu/Enter" button to confirm the change and return to default mode.
2) Press the "Set" button to enter set temperature mode.
Important!
The set temperature mode is activated for ten seconds. If the display returns to default mode
before new set temperaure has been confirmed by pressing the "Set" button, the new set
temperature was not saved.
3) Use the "plus" and "minus" buttons to change the set temperature. Hold down the buttons to speed
up the change.
4) Press the "Set" button to confirm the new set temperature and return to default mode.
5) Check that the set temperature is correct in the default mode.
Checking Operation Mode
1) Press the "Menu/Enter" button to enter the main menu; the display shows "Battery status".
2) Use the "plus" or "minus" button to step to "Operation mode" and press "Menu/Enter" button
to confirm.
3) Check current operation mode and press "Menu/Enter" to return to default mode (refer to
section "Operation modes, alerts and alarms").
Battery Level Check
1) Press the "Menu/Enter" button to enter the main menu; the display shows "Battery status".
2) Press the "Menu/Enter" button to confirm.
3) Check the remaining battery capacity.
100% battery capacity is maximum and is achieved when charging starts from low battery
voltage.
95% battery capacity is considered fully charged if the blue light is fixed (not flashing). This
corresponds to at least 30 hours of running time within the specification.
30% battery capacity corresponds to at least 12 hours of running time within the specification.
4) Press the "Menu/Enter" button to return to default mode.
