2.4. KEYS
Each FLEX LS installation comes with a set of two (2) keys. One of the keys opens the storage bin door and
the other key opens the top door of the machine. If the keys to the machine are lost, please contact your
Envipco technician. As an option, Envipco can provide coded keys and locks for a machine.
2.5. PRINTER
The installed printer provides customised receipt vouchers to the customers. The voucher contains the
store name, the amount due to the customer, any phrases requested by the store, and an optional bar
code for scanning at checkout.
2.5.1 ORDERING PAPER
As a rule of thumb, order at least two rolls of printer paper for each machine. The paper comes in cases
of eight. When ordering paper, the dispatcher will request the store name, the name of the person
placing the order, the name of the person to whom the paper should be sent, and the number of rolls
(cases) requested.

2.5.2 RECEIVING AND SECURING PAPER
When you receive a shipment of paper, carefully inspect it, and verify the quantity. Secure the paper in a
cool dry area, and track its inventory to prevent running out. If necessary, you can request a special
delivery of paper for an additional handling cost.
2.5.3 CHANGING THE PRINTER PAPER
When the FLEX LS runs out of printer paper, it displays a “Printer out of paper” message on the video
screen. Change the printer paper by following these steps:
1. Open the top cabinet door of the FLEX LS.
2. Remove the empty paper roll.
3. With the end of the paper pointing towards you and hanging over the top of the roll, place the new roll
onto the empty spindle.
4. Thread the end of the paper into the printer’s paper slot. The printer will automatically load the paper
and print a test receipt. Remove test receipt.
5. Close the door, and remove the key from the machine.
