SERVICING THE FLEX LS
2.3. EMPTYING BINS
All FLEX LS models track the amount of commodity in the bins one of two ways.
1.) Bin full sensors will bring the machine out of service until the full bins are emptied.
2.) The FLEX LS and FLEX LS Tri can be set to go “Bin full by count” after a predetermined num-
ber of containers have been processed. Do the following to clear counts after the full bins
have been emptied:
• Open the upper door
• The Info screen appears.

• Press the ‘Clear bin’ button to clear bin count as
shown in
Figure 2-3
• Close all doors and the machine will return to
custom ‘holdscreen’.
