STEP 6
Power supply wiring: cabling should be contained within
conduit, and connected to PCB board as shown.
STEP 7
Control panel wiring: The position of the control switch
panel shall be decided and confirmed with client and/or
main contractor.
Cabling should be contained within conduit and
controller connected to panel board with RVSP line
as shown.
STEP 8
Installation of filter: Please note that the arrow on the
filter is the direction of air flow as below. Filters should be
installed after cleaning work has been completed on-site.
The reset button on the Controller should be pressed
once the filters are installed to reset the maintenance
schedule for the filters. Once reset, the Filter Life counter
in the Notification Center under the speed display will say
365 or 182 days to indicate a 12 or 6 month filter life. The
HEPA filter should be replaced every 6 months when the
UVC lamp is used and every 12 months if the UVC lamp
is not used by removing the UVC lamps from the unit. If
the filter life shows 182 days and you are operating the
system without the UVC lamp, then one maintenance
schedule can be skipped each cycle. The counter is hard-
coded to either 365 or 182 days.
NOTE:
Filters should only be installed once the building is
completely clean of construction debris and dust.
HEPA filter
must be removed from plastic before operating unit.
