By default, the system sends SMS text message to the first available administrator in case of input alarm. If the system did not receive the
SMS delivery report during 20 seconds, it will attempt to send the SMS text message to the next preset administrator phone number. To
ignore the SMS delivery report and allow/disallow the system to send the SMS text message to every preset administrator phone number,
please refer to the following configuration methods.

Space characters, parameter values, such as ON, OFF etc. are NOT allowed in the input names. Space characters, param-
