Operation - overvoltage control
When you turn the LED flash to allow monitoring of their operation.
Press the button during the startup phase of the generator until the green LED lights up permanently (which indicates that the voltage is within
the calibration levels). At this point, release the button; If the voltage is within limits, the state of the outputs is this: NO output 5-6 | 4-5 NC
output.
If the value of the voltage goes beyond the limits of the calibration set has:
- MIN yellow LED lights when the voltage is lower than the set limit; MAX LED lights red when the voltage is greater than the calibration set;
- Elapsed trip time T1, the output contact of the relay goes into alarm (5-6 NC output, output 4-5 NO).
Operation - Voltage Display
The three LEDs on the front panel indicate the value of the output voltage.

Time adjustment of intervention
You can adjust the operating time of the device.
To adjust the tempo of intervention:
- Stop the generator and make sure that the EN0546 is no longer supplied;
- Using a flat screwdriver, remove the front keypad of the device by leveraging on
the bottom edge;
- Act using the screwdriver on the trimmer positioned between the red LED and
green LED; the adjustment of the intervention time ranges from 0.1 to 10 seconds;
turning the trimmer clockwise, the response time is increased; turning it
counterclockwise, the trip time is decreased.
- Replace the keyboard and press gently to close the tool;
- Restart the generator.
