In case of no sound
Check if the volume is set to ‘0.’
Check if the connection of the earphone has failed.

Buttons don’t work
Check if the Hold switch is on.

“There is no file” message appears when pressing
Playback.
Choose the “Total” mode of [Playing Methods]

In case of no FM reception
For a fringe area where reception is poor, some radio signals
are hard to pick up.
Check if the connection of the earphone has failed. (The
earphone doubles as the antenna for the product.)

The system seems sluggish
Boot speed will a lot slower when there are too many files in
the unit.
