TENSIONAMENTO DELLE CINGHIE
DELLA MACCHINE CON CONDIZIONA-
TORE
Nelle macchine in
cui è presente il
condizionatore si deve fare molta attenzione
al tensionamento delle cinghie .
Per
verificare la tensione delle stesse e il
loro grado
d’usura,
togliere il coperchietto di
ispezione ( fig.16 A ) situato sotto al carter.
Una corretta tensione si ha quando le
cinghie hanno un gioco di 10 mm (fig.16
B
). Se la tensione fosse troppo elevata o
troppo bassa (slittamento e usura precoci)
procedere come segue per il loro tensio-
namento:
-
svitare il dado M22 di blocco del tendicin-
ghia ( fig.16 C ) utilizzando una chiave da
17 per tenere fermo
l’albero, quindi con la
stessa regolare la tensione, quindi
bloccare nuovamente il dado M22.
Sostituzione delle cinghie
Nel caso in cui si rendesse necessario sosti-
tuire tutte le cinghie.
Per
far ciò si dovrà provvedere a togliere il
carter, allentare il tendicinghia, una volta
sostituite le cinghie, procedere al loro
tensionamento come descritto nel paragrafo
precedente.
STRAINING OF THE BELTS IN THE
MACHINES WITH CONDITIONING DEVICE
In
the machines in which there is a
conditioning device, you have to be careful
about the straining of the belts .
To
check the straining and wear grade of the
belts, take off the ( fig.16 A ) check covering
under the crankcase.
The
straining is suitable when the belts
have a gap of 10 mm (fig.16 B). If the
straining is too strong or too low (slipping
and early wear), to get the right straining
do as follows:
-
unscrew the M22 block-nut of the belt
straining device ( fig.16 C ) by using the
17 key to hold the shaft steady, then,
regulate the straining by means of the
same key, now, block the M22 nut again.
Belt replacing:
When it is necessary to replace all the belts.
Take
off the crankcase and loosen the belt
straining device. As soon as you have
replaced the belts, follow the directions a. m.
to strain them.
