Check the condition of the heaters and/or
thermal cut-out switches. If necessary, contact
the manufacturer or your local dealer and have
them replaced with identical products
There is too much water in the
tray
Check the water level in the tray and bring it to
the level shown in chapter 13
The temperature of
the water is too warm
The thermoregulator is not set to
the correct position
Adjust the thermoregulator
Water constantly
present on bottom of
container
The drain system is full
Drain the water by pulling the plug located to
the left of the control panel (front view) or by
turning the drain tap
The water drain is blocked
Check that there are no impurities in the
container drain hole
The lighting doesn’t
work
The machine is not plugged into
the current socket
Plug the machine in correctly
The power supply cable is
damaged or interrupted
Check the condition of the cable. If necessary
contact a qualified technician to replace it with
another one of the same type
The main bipolar switch is off
Turn the mains bipolar switch on.
The machine main switch is off
Turn the machine main switch on.
There is a current interruption on
the control panel
Check the condition of the control panel. If
necessary contact a qualified technician to
restore the current
The lighting switch is off
Turn on the lighting switch
The lighting are broken or there’s
been a power failure
Check the condition of the lighting. If
necessary, contact a qualified technician to
replace it with identical lighting
The hood is blocked
or difficult to move
(in models with
opening hood)
The superstructure supporting
system is damaged
Check the condition of the system. If necessary
contact the manufacturer or authorised dealer
for replacement
The steel cords supporting the
upper part are damaged
Check the condition and smooth running of the
cords. If necessary, contact the manufacturer or
authorised dealer for replacement
The water loading
does not work
Solenoid valve is broken or
missing water.
Check the state of solenoid valve. Check water
pressure feed.

Missing water inside the tray
Load water inside the tray.
EA alarm displayed
Incorrect parameters
Reset the thermoregulator.
Contact technical assistance.
