Charging the battery
You can charge your vacuum cleaner using the supplied mains adapter, to do so proceed
as follows:
Switch off the appliance before charging it (on/off switch in position
0
)
Charging the battery without the wall bracket
The appliance cannot be used during the charging process.
Connect the power adapter to the mains power connection on the underside of the
vacuum cleaner.
Insert the mains plug into the mains socket.
The appliance is charged and the operating light flashes red. When the battery is
charged, the operating light turns green.
After charging, unplug the power adapter from the socket and remove the coaxial
power adapter from the appliance.
Before using the vacuum cleaner for the first time, charge the battery
for at least 24 hours.
Always charge the battery if the vacuum power decreases significantly and
the operating light is flashing green.
Charging the battery in the wall bracket
When you want to charge the vacuum cleaner in the wall bracket, proceed as follows:
The wall bracket and mains cable are mounted as described.
Connect the power adapter for charging the battery to a power socket.
Take hold of the vacuum cleaner by the handle and insert it onto the wall bracket
with the dust container facing upwards.
If the operating light flashes red, the vacuum cleaner is mounted correctly and the bat-
tery is being charged. When the battery is charged, the operating light turns green.
After charging or when not in use, remove the power adapter plug from the socket
again.
USING THE VACUUM CLEANER
Take care to ensure that the filter housing and dust filter are inserted properly in the
dust container and that the dust container is seated firmly on the power base.
Put on the appropriate vacuum attachment:

Dust nozzle for vacuuming hard-to-reach places
–
Liquid nozzle for vacuuming small amounts of liquid (such as spilled drinks etc.).
After vacuuming liquids, hold the appliance suction opening facing
downwards to prevent the liquid from penetrating the power base.
