CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NOTE
Once the food to be processed has been placed in the container "3", if the blade "6" does not reach the
operating speed within a few seconds, disconnect the appliance from the socket and remove some of the
food before continuing.
Always make sure that the motor body "1" has been assembled correctly, as otherwise the appliance will
not work.
Stop the appliance and allow it to cool down for 2 minutes between each processing cycle. After 3
operating cycles, the appliance must rest for 15 minutes in order for the motor to cool down fully. This
appliance cannot chop hard foodstuffs such as meat with bone, soybeans, peppercorns, coffee beans, ice
cubes or frozen foods.

DISPOSAL
1. Disconnect the plug from the socket and remove the motor body.
2. Wash the removable lid, the blade and the container using hot water and detergent.
3. Clean the motor body with a damp cloth. Never clean by immersing in water, as this may cause an
electric shock.
4. Dry thoroughly.
Attention: The blades are very sharp, and they must therefore be handled with care during cleaning.
The appliance is guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
The date on the receipt / invoice is the warranty start date. In case of pre-existing defect, the item will
be replaced. The warranty does not cover any parts which are defective due to negligent or careless
use.
Moreover, the warranty is void in all cases of improper or professional use of the appliance. The
retailer accepts no responsibility for any damages caused, directly or indirectly, to people, pets or
property as a result of failure to observe all the indications given in the instruction manual.
The crossed-out dustbin symbol appearing on the appliance indicates that the end-of-life product
must be treated separately from domestic household waste and delivered to a separated waste
collection facility for electric and electronic equipment, or returned to the dealer when purchasing a
new appliance of the same kind. Correct separated collection of appliances for subsequent
environmentally compatible recycling, treatment and disposal contributes to mitigating possible
negative effects on the environment and on health and promotes the recycling of the materials that
make up the appliance. The user is responsible for delivering the appliance to the appropriate
collection facilities at the end of its life. For more detailed information regarding available collection
systems, contact your local waste disposal service, or the store where the appliance was purchased.
Anyone who dumps this appliance or disposes of it without bringing it to a separated waste
collection facility for electric and electronic equipment is liable to be punished with the
administrative monetary sanctions provided for by current regulations on incorrect waste disposal.
