1. Place the base unit on an even, nonslip and dry surface.
2. Depending on the quantity of food to be dehydrated, you can place between 1 and 5 dehydration
trays on the base unit.
3. Plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
4. Switch on the appliance. The red indication light will become bright. The Fan of the dehydrator
will run.
5. Adjust the temperature setting (1 – 8) with the rotary switch.
6. After you finished the dehydration, switch the appliance off. The indication light will glow out. Unplug
the appliance.
7. Cool down the appliance. Put the dried food into container for storage.
NOTE:
It is recommended to put all 5 sections on to the appliance during using it, no matter how many sections
are empty.
Food preparation instruction
The duration of drying depends on the temperature and humidity of the room, the level of humidity of
products, thickness of the pieces etc.
TIPS:
- Keep 2.5cm distance between every piece of food to have the best result.
- Swap the top 2 layers with the bottom 2 layers in every 2 hours. It could make the fruit dry evenly.
