ASSEMBLY
•
Put the drip tray (F) into the base (G) pressing it slightly so that the tray is properly leant against
the flaps/protrusions (Fig. 1).
•
To cook without there being any annoying smoke or unpleasant odours, always pour some
water into the tray (F). The water needs to be about a centimetre high while cooking; top the
water up to this level as needed. Never exceed the MAX level indicated on the tray.
•
Make sure the handle (B) is set to the release position “
” and then position the heating
element (E) on the base (G) (Fig. 2), taking care to insert the elements into the special slots on
the tray (F). Press down gently before locking into place by turning the handle (B) to the “ ”
position (Fig. 3).
•
Put the grill rack (A) on the drip tray (F) (Fig. 4), inserting the relevant feet into the holes on
the tray (F) or, in case a higher cooking level is required, with the feet located into the cavities
close to the holes (Fig. 5).
SWItChING ON AND USE
•
Plug the appliance into the mains. Rotating the dial from the position “0”, the related operat-
ing light goes on (C).
•
Use the thermostat dial (D) to set the required temperature.
•
Wait for the appliance to heat to the correct temperature and then place the food to be cooked
on the grill rack (A)
•
When the food is cooked, set the thermostat dial (D) to “0” and unplug the appliance from the
mains.
Warning:
During operation, the tray (F) becomes hot, therefore do not touch it to prevent scalding.
