If the status does not turn to „Started‟ although you click the „start‟ button, you need to
check status of „Telephony‟.
D3 To check Telephony
- Go to „Dependences‟ tab
- Then you would see „Telephony‟ is one of dependencies.
Normally, Telephony should be working automatically but sometimes it can be blocked by
some security programs. In this case, you need to set it as „started‟.
