8.5.3 Tap-To-Run and Automation
The „Tap-To-Run” and „Automation”
rules are a preconfigured set of actions defined by an easy-to-use interface. Besides the obvious tasks that can
be programmed to keep the system running automatically. In addition, there are also functions that improve the visual effect and the convenience of use.
There are 2 main rule programming interfaces in the app that can be used for task settings:
• Tap-To-Run
- with one touch, run several operations at the same time e.g. turn OFF all thermostats,
• Automation
- set up linked activities, where one device will affect another by defined actions.
An example of setting the „Tap-To-Run” rule with the use of three E10 thermostats, where these actions will be triggered:
a) disconnecting the first thermostat from the power supply,
b) setting the frost protection mode on the second thermostat,
c) setting the temperature setpoint at 23°C.
Follow the steps below:
Choose Tap-To-Run.
Click on the device, in this case the
first thermostat.
Click „Create Scene”.
Then enter the „On / Off” function.

Enter the Smart menu.
Select „Launch Tap-to-Run”.
