3. Setting procedure: returns to beginning of setting mode before pressing the START key.

1. Press to increase/decrease exercise speed by 0.1km.
2. Press to select programs.

hand pulse plates. Press ENTER/MODE to switch between calories and pulse.

Counts up the .total workout time.

Shows current speed (km/h) and distance. Press ENTER/MODE to switch between speed and distance.
