The console has
not received a
signal from the
motor/speed
sensor within
certain time. 1. Wiring jack has a poor
connection.
2. There is too great a
distance between the
speed sensor and the
magnet on the front roller
pulley.
3. Sensor is faulty and/or
wiring has been
damaged.
4. Magnet on the front roller
pulley is
loose/fallen/missing.
5. Controller is burnt.
1. Re-insert the wiring jack
and ensure that a firm
connection is made.
2. Adjust the speed sensor
so that it sits 3mm (+/-
1mm) from the magnet.
3. Replace the sensor.
4. Replace the magnet.
5. Replace the controller.
Inspect if the position and distance are proper. Check if the speed sensor is defective or
misplaced.
