• Ensure that the assembly is disconnected from the compressed air supply before you open the
cover.
• Secure the opened assembly against unintentional start-up whilst you carry out work on it.
For cyclic maintenance of the assembly, the shell seals must be replaced. The maintenance interval
(replacement of the shell seals) is dependent on the condition of the medium and must be
determined individually.

Trouble-shooting instructions
Always begin trouble-shooting using the following checklists if faults occur after commissioning or
during operation. Different questions will guide you to the cause of the error and will suggest
appropriate remedial action.

When connecting the ASP Inline sampler assembly to the ASP Station 2000 stationary sampler,
