Rack Assembly

1)

Using a 5/8" buttonhead screw, secure two of the top angle brackets to the upright legs by positioning the brackets so that the
notch is on top. Place one bracket on each side of the upright leg. Then insert the buttonhead through the large hole on the top
angle bracket, the hole in the upright leg and screw into the threaded hole in the other top angle bracket.

Do not tighten fully at

this point.

2)

Repeat this step for all of the upright legs and top angle brackets.

3)

Turn the rack over so that the top angle brackets are now resting on the floor. Secure the bottom angle brackets in the same
fashion as the top angle brackets.

Do not fully tighten at this point.

4)

Install the hard glides onto the upright legs by sliding them onto the upright leg bottom.

5)

Turn the rack back to its upright position.

6)

Square up your rack and tighten all buttonhead screws using the hex key supplied.

7)

Hang all tools. Your rack is now complete.

8)

All of our hammered steel racks are finished with an industrial acrylic finish to give years of protection to the rack. Cleaning is
easily done with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. If a touch-up is ever needed we recommend a "Pledge" like wax
product.

It is important that your rack is assembled correctly. If the unit is assembled or
used incorrectly, it could become unstable and collapse, possibly causing injury.

WARNING

Natural broom straw is flammable. Keep the broom well away from open flame.

It should not be used to sweep hot coals or ash
