LIMITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS 

 

ENAIR  ENERGY  SL  ensures  t hat   t he  ENAIR  w ind  turbines  are  f ree  f rom  defects  in  mat erial 
and w orkmanship f or a period of  48 mont hs f rom t he dat e of  purchase or 60 mont hs f rom 
t he  manuf act ure  of   that  product,  under  normal  and  individual  use  proper  inst allat ion, 
commissioning and periodic maint enance. 
 
The w arrant y covers repair or replacement  of  damaged part s and  labour in our w orkshops.  

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY 

 

This  w arrant y  shall  not   apply  if   t he  client   or  user  previously  not   been  ret urned  duly 
complet ed w arrant y card. The w arrant y does not cover w ind t urbines that have not  passed 
t he periodic maint enance indicat ed in the manual and  is properly sealed.  
 
Generally,  they  are  exempt   f rom  t he  guarantee  right s  est ablished  herein,  damage  and 
malf unct ions or service of w ind t urbines ENAIR originat ing in: 
 

1)  Negligent , improper or inappropriat e use of t he product . 

 

2)  Failure  to  observe  t he  inst ruct ions  f or  installat ion,  use,  maint enance  and  periodic 

review s  est ablished  in  the  equipment   manual,  and  t echnical  and  saf et y  rules  in 
f orce,  local,  nat ional  or  int ernat ional  st anding,  w hich  w ere  applicable  at   any  t ime 
(Elect rotechnical  Regulation  of   Low   volt age,  and  Technical  Inst ruct ions, 
elect romagnet ic compat ibilit y, et c.) 
 

3)  Manipulat ions  performed  by  unqualif ied  personnel.  Underst ood  by  staf f   competent 

prof essionals  w it h  experience  in  elect rical  installat ions,  companies  engaged  in 
dist ribut ion, sale or installat ion of  RES. 

 

4)  Damage  caused  by  natural  disast ers  (f loods,  plagues,  earthquakes,  hurricanes, 

cyclones,  tornadoes,  lightning,  hail,  f ires  ...),  vandalism,  act ions  of   t hird  part ies  or 
any  other  force  majeure  out side  t he  normal  operating  condit ions  of   t he  equipment 
and cont rol of ENAIR ENERGY S.L. 
 

5)  Impact of f lying object s coming or majeure f orce. 

 

6)  Torre or st ruct ural failure w hen not furnished by  ENAIR ENERGY S.L.
