Connecting to a PC to transfer data

You can plug your smartphone into your PC and then transfer 
data easily. To do this, plug the USB connector end of the USB 
cable supplied with the phone into your PC and the other end 
into your phone.
The phone will detect the connection and the following 
message will appear on the screen and in the Info Centre:

. Tap on this notification. 

A pop-up window containing a list of options for how you can 
use the USB connection will then appear. Select 

File transfer

. 

The phone will now be shown on your PC as an external 
storage device and you can copy files.

  The process may differ from this description depending on your 

PC's operating system.
