Attaching the Hood to the Upper Baffle
1. Attach the hood to the upper baffle located above the firebox
with three (3) #10-24 screws.
See Figure 5.

Installing the Glass Front
1. Before installing the glass front. Install the bottom shield on
the firebox bottom. The bottom shield can be raised to access
the burner controls. See Figure 5.
2. Light the burner by following the lighting instructions located
in the Installation Instructions. Using the remote switch, turn
the burner off but leave the pilot on.
3. Install the glass front by inserting the tabs on the side brack-
ets into the slots on the fireplace. Make certain the tabs are
securely inside the slots to prevent the glass from becoming
disengaged and falling.
See Figure 6.
Lift the bottom shield
and switch the burner control to the ON position (or Remote if
using an optional remote).
