Note: When you use the XPA-2 in Bridged mode, the single speaker it powers must be connected
differently than in stereo mode. The speaker is connected between the PosITIVE speaker
Terminals, and the Negative speaker Terminals remain unused.
Note: When you use the XPA-2 in Bridged mode, NEIThER speaker terminal is at ground
potential, and you mUsT NoT connect either speaker wire to ground or to a common ground
speaker system, switch, or other device. Doing so may result in damage to the XPA-2 or your
common ground speaker system or device.
Note: When you use the XPA-2 in Bridged mode, the lEfT input is active (either the balanced or
unbalanced input, whichever is selected); the right input is ignored.
Note: In Bridged mode, the minimum recommended speaker impedance is 8 ohms. Use of lower
impedance speakers in this mode may result in damage to your XPA-2.
