Disassembling the parts of the CO

2

 unit 

Caution: Make sure that there is no pressure in affected unit parts! 

1. 

Disconnect the cable connector from the old pressure transducer and remove the PT5 from the port of the shut-
off valve. Use a 1/4" NPT plug (E) with sealing glue (Loctite) to blind the shut-off port. 

Tighten the 1/4" NPT plug (E) to a tightening torque of 40 Nm. 

2. 

Remove the plastic plug from the metal partition wall. 

3. 

Remove the currently used plug on the Schraeder valve (SAE 1/4" on the shut off valve).
