Remove and retain one of the three #8-32 x .375” pan
head screws in the motor assembly and loosen the
remaining two #8-32 x .375” pan head screws
(Figure 12).

Orient the lower housing correctly to install onto motor
assembly, as shown.
Route the motor assembly wires and terminals through the
center hole of the lower housing.
Rotate the lower housing clockwise to engage the key hole
slots onto the two loosened #8-32 x .375” pan head
screws. (Figure 13).
Secure the lower housing by tightening the two #8-32 x
.375” pan head screws.
Reinstall and tighten the previously removed #8-32 x .375”
pan head screw.
A spare #8-32 x .375” pan head screw is supplied in the
loose parts bag, if required.

To ensure proper blade assembly, make sure the labels
on the blades are facing the ceiling.
Slide blade through center slot in fan housing (Figure 11).
Mount each blade to fan housing using a #10 fiber
washers (supplied) and a #10-24 x 1/2” slotted Phillips
washer head blade screw (supplied), 3 per blade.
NOTE: Be sure to place one fiber washer onto each
screw before installing into the blade.
NOTE: Take care not to scratch fan housing when
installing blades.
A spare #10-24 x 1/2” slotted Phillips washer head blade
screw and a spare #10 fiber washer is supplied in the
loose parts bag, if required.
