Whisk the egg yolks here with a whisk.
Then add the right amount of milk and fresh yeast to it. Beat with the whisk until the yeast has dissolved.
Pour the lukewarm water into the batter.
Sift the flour, then into the mixing bowl, and stir with the whisk until the batter is free of lumps.
Put the measured quantity of butter in a saucepan. Let it melt on low heat.
Pour the melted butter to the batter and stir in the meantime with the whisk.
Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam. Use a clean whisk and make sure that the bowl is degreased with a few
drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. (Again, you can use a food processor with whisk.)
Fold in the whipped egg whites into the batter. Do it gently to keep as much air as possible in the batter.
Finally, sprinkle a pinch of salt in the batter and fold gently one last time.
Set aside the waffle batter in a warm draft-free spot and leave it for 20 minutes.

instruction manual is not properly executed. Damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the
whole appliance. In such case please contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts
is always subject to a charge. Defects to consumables or parts subjected to wearing, as well as cleaning,
maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the warranty and are to be paid.
