CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance after each use.
Switch off and unplug the appliance. Allow it to cool down completely. Let the lid and cooker cool before
allowing water to touch them. Do not touch the outer enclosure of the appliance during operation or
before it cools. Use the handles. Do not touch hot surface.
Pour the water out of the water bath; wipe clean with a tea towel. Wash the lid and rack in warm soapy
water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Wipe the external surface of the appliance with a soft damp cloth and then dry completely. Do not use
detergent or abrasives as these may scratch the coating.
Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water and make sure no water enters the appliance.
