APPLICATION
To mix or knead dough:
Suggestion flour and water at a ratio of 5:3.
From lower speed for mix 20s and medium speed for about 3 minutes.
When filling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
Maximum quantity of flour is 500g.
The dough blade or mixer blade should be used.
Whipping egg whites or cream:
Switch on medium speed or high speed, whip the egg whites without stopping for maximum 5 minutes,
according to the size of the eggs, until stiff.
Maximum quantity 19 eggs.
For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at medium or high speed for maximum 5 minutes.
When filling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please ensure that the maximum
quality is not exceeded.
The whisk should be used.
Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids:
Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, for about 5 minutes.
Do not exceed the maximum capacity (4L) for the mixing bowl.
The mixer blade should be used.
Maximum operating time 5 minutes.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, please ensure that the switch knob is at the “OFF” position and that the plug has been
disconnected from the socket.
After use, allow the device to cool down before you start to clean it.
To clean the exterior of the device, use a moist cloth and a mild detergent.
When cleaning the interior and exterior and protective dust cover, do not use any abrasive detergents or
alcohol.
To clean the device, never submerge it in water.
Do not use any abrasive detergents.
Do not clean any parts in dishwasher.

by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts are not covered by this guarantee. Always keep your receipt,
without the receipt you can’t claim any form of warranty. Damage caused by not following the instruction
manual, will lead to a void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages then we will not be liable.
