5.1 The maximum submerged depth
The E-XP
-1
is designed for usage in aquariums,
bathtubs, etc. Depending on the space available,
the normal depth should be between 20 to 40 cm.
Despite the high quality sealed motors, the
maximum depth should under no circumstances
exceed 50 cm.
Water pressure deeper than 50 cm may lead to
permanent damage or total failure of the motors,
as well as possible water ingress and resulting
electronic failure.
