4. Operation
Caution!
The RX22 ion blower unit STATICJET must be operated only with a
24 VDC line voltage.
4.1 Startup
Caution!
Before starting up the ion blower unit the user must make sure that the
unit has been installed and assembled correctly. Then first activate the air
and then the supply voltage.
4.2 Function monitoring
The LEDs in the connection zone signal the proper function of the unit.
• If neither of the two LEDs lights up, the supply voltage is switched off or
both LEDs are defective.
• If a fault has occurred (e.g. high-voltage sparking, short circuit), the
high voltage will be cut off:
- the green LED goes off and the red LED will come on,
- a fault signal will be sent (open collector)
- the discharging effect is interrupted.
Note!
Faults will not be saved. A disruption of the supply voltage automatically
results in the fault message being acknowledged.
