8. Maintenance
Maintenance
The inverter is maintenance-free.
Danger to life due to electric shock!
•
Have the inverter opened only by the
Eltek Valere
service personnel or
service partners authorized by
Eltek Valere

Danger to life due to high DC and AC voltages!
•
Wear insulating protective clothing and face protection
•
Any cleaning or maintenance works must be carried out by qualified
specialistists only. The qualified specialist personnel require a license
from the relevant energy suppliers
Prior to every maintenance work or cleaning:
•
Switch off the main power supply (fuse)
•
Set switch knob of DC connector to ‘0’
•
Do not touch terminals (DC/AC) for at least 5 minutes after disconnection
(discharging time of capacitors)
•
Ensure that the DC cables are de-energized
In case of a

inverter without a DC disconnector:
•
Pull the plugs in the following order:
1. AC side
2. DC side
